How often should I schedule regular cleaning?
Bi-weekly suits most households and is by far the most popular choice — enough to keep things consistently good without being excessive. Weekly makes sense for busy families, homes with pets or shedding, and larger properties. Monthly works for smaller homes or people who keep on top of things in between.
What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning maintains a home that's already in reasonable condition — surfaces, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, bins. Deep cleaning goes further into the detail: inside appliances and cabinets, grout and tile, skirting boards, window interiors, under and behind furniture. Many clients book one deep clean to reset the house, then move onto a standard schedule.
Do I get the same cleaners each visit?
Yes, wherever possible — and it genuinely matters. A team that knows your home already knows where things go, which surfaces need care and what you like done differently, so each visit gets more efficient rather than starting over.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Of course. Let us know in advance and we'll move it — holidays, illness, a week when it just isn't convenient. There are no penalties and no minimum commitment.
Can I add extra tasks to a regular visit?
Yes. Inside the oven or fridge, interior windows, laundry, inside cabinets — any of it can be added to a scheduled visit. Tell us in advance so we can allow the time and quote it properly rather than rushing it.
