Is post construction cleaning safe for brand-new floors and surfaces?
Yes, when the method is right — and that's the whole point of using a specialist. We match chemical, pad and technique to each material: sealed and unsealed stone, engineered timber, LVT, polished concrete, stainless, powder-coated metal and new glass all need different handling. Using a general-purpose approach on new finishes is how permanent damage happens.
Do you handle multi-story or high-rise projects?
Yes. We work on multi-floor and high-rise projects and coordinate with your site team on hoist and lift access, floor-by-floor sequencing, waste routes and site safety requirements. Exterior high-level glass is scoped separately with the correct access method rather than assumed.
Will cleaning disrupt the remaining trades on site?
