Front Range water carries a high mineral load. Every time it dries on glass, chrome or tile it leaves calcium and magnesium behind, and each deposit bonds a little harder than the last.

Can you remove hard water stains and limescale?
In most cases, yes. Denver's hard water leaves calcium and magnesium deposits on glass, chrome and tile, and the correct acid-based treatment with proper dwell time removes them where general cleaners simply can't. Where minerals have been left long enough to etch the glass itself, that's permanent — we'll tell you honestly what we expect to recover before starting.
Will you get my grout back to white?
We'll get it considerably closer than you'd expect, and often close to original. Grout is porous and absorbs staining over time, so how far it comes back depends on how long it's been and whether it was ever sealed. If grout has been permanently discoloured or is failing, we'll say so rather than charge you for scrubbing that won't deliver.
Do you treat mould and mildew?
Yes — we treat visible mould and mildew at the seams, silicone and ventilation points where it starts. Where growth is coming from a genuine damp or ventilation problem behind the surface, cleaning treats the symptom only, and we'll flag that so you can get the underlying cause looked at.
Can I book bathroom cleaning on its own?
Yes. It works as a standalone service — useful before guests, after a period of neglect, or as a one-off restoration — and it's also available as a detail add-on to any standard or deep clean.
Are the products safe around children and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, low-residue products as standard and rinse thoroughly, so surfaces are safe once we're done. Where heavy mineral or mould treatment genuinely needs a stronger product, we ventilate properly and rinse completely, and we'll always tell you in advance if that's the case.
